What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’re not bar-hopping and hoping for the best. You’re being walked through four specific Soho bars, in an order designed to work — each one chosen for a different reason, each one with a story behind it.

The real value of this tour is Susan herself.

She’s lived in London for over 20 years and has spent much of that time deep in the city’s drinks scene. She hosts the Lush Life Podcast, runs A Lush Life Manual blog, and recently wrote a book on drinking in Venice. She knows these bars properly: their history, their bartenders, and exactly what’s worth ordering.

At each stop, Susan already knows the bar’s best cocktails. Along the way, she shares the stories behind the bars and the neighbourhood — Soho’s cocktail history, the bartenders who shaped it, and what makes each stop worth knowing about.
